[Identified] Videos embedded in a Canvas course can randomly fail to load, with error message: "Access Denied". Reloading the page (maybe multiple times) should fix it. We have reported the issue to Kaltura.

[Investigating] Det går inte att logga in mot tjänster som kräver Digg LoA2. Detta påverkar bara användare som försöker använda eduID för att logga in mot tjänster kopplade till Skolverkets tjänster inom digitala nationella prov. Tjänster som kräver Digg Level of Assurance 2 (tillitsnivå 2) går inte att logga in mot.

[Investigating] Felet uppstod under eftermiddagen den 17 april när vi gjorde en ny release för att utöka systemstödet inför digitala nationella prov. Felsökning är inledd och vi tror vi kommer kunna ha en lösning till imorgon förmiddag (18 april). eduID i övrigt är inte påverkat, användare kan logga in som vanligt.

[Resolved] Service is back. Outage was due to issues with the configuration
