Att göra ändringar i Kalturas Custom Data-schema kan leda till att metadata kopplad till det schemat raderas.
Det verkar som att problemet endast uppstår vid vissa åtgärder (t.ex. när ett fält tas bort) och endast påverkar fält som innehåller specialtecken (t.ex. å, ö osv). It seems only certain actions trigger the issue (e.g. removing a field) and only fields with special characters will be deleted (e.g. å, ö, etc). For now we recommend you don't make changes to any existing Custom Data schema, while we investigate.

Reason: Upgrade EFI Certificate (Secureboot) to something that doesn’t expire on June 26th 2026 Effect: Possible interruption of ongoing meetings. All VMs in the Zone needs to be shut down before manipulating the EFI partition.This will be done in sections to have as little impact as possible. But any meeting hosted on an MMR/HMMR (Private mode) will be interrupted, some might have difficulty auto restarting and there is a risk of the meeting landing on a Multimedia Router that has yet to be restarted and thus will cause another interruption.

Mellan den 22/6 och 26/6 kommer vi att genomföra servicefönster daglig som ska börja kl 16 och ska sluta kl 20. Vi kommer att uppgradera databaskluster till SUNET Drive. Vi kan inte utesluta att det blir nertid för kunderna under den här tiden. Nertiden kan bli mellan 0 och 30 minuter per kund men inte flera gånger per kund. Between June 22nd and June 26th , we will be conducting a daily service window at 4 PM and ending at 8 PM . We will upgrade database clusters for SUNET Drive. We cannot rule out downtime for customers during this time. Downtime can be between 0 and 30 minutes per customer but not multiple times per customer.
