Användare som har både ett sso konto och ett admin konto med samma epostaddress kommer att bli inloggad som sitt adminkonto i Drive, när de loggar in via sso. Workaround är att sätta en annan epost adress på admin konto (t.ex. uid+admin@university.edu) än den som man har på sso-kontot. Vi har öppnat ett ärende hos Nextcloud om detta.

Att göra ändringar i Kalturas Custom Data-schema kan leda till att metadata kopplad till det schemat raderas.
Det verkar som att problemet endast uppstår vid vissa åtgärder (t.ex. när ett fält tas bort) och endast påverkar fält som innehåller specialtecken (t.ex. å, ö osv). Tills vidare rekommenderar vi att du inte gör några ändringar i befintliga Custom Data-scheman medan vi undersöker problemet. —— Making changes to Kaltura Custom Data schema can cause metadata associated with that schema to be deleted. It seems only certain actions trigger the issue (e.g. removing a field) and only fields with special characters will be deleted (e.g. å, ö, etc). For now we recommend you don't make changes to any existing Custom Data schema, while we investigate.

It seems only certain actions trigger the issue (e.g. removing a field) and only fields with special characters will be deleted (e.g. å, ö, etc). For now we recommend you don't make changes to any existing Custom Data schema, while we investigate.
Zoom Hardware MaintenancePlanned Maintenance

Description

During this maintenance Zoom zone 3 (Stockholm) will be taken offline. The other Zoom zones will handle the meetings. Approx. time: before midnight (least impact will be sought) Impact: On-going meetings will be interrupted. Duration: Unknown (although impact duration will be very short) This is to free up space for installation of new hardware 3-5th of March 2026. Installation and launch will be done some time thereafter and there is no set date for completion yet. After completion the Zone will mirror Zones 2 and 5 and will be 2 parts Meeting Connector and 1 part Zoom Meetings Hybrid with a sprinkle of Hybrid Room Interoperability, Hybrid Web Access Gateways and other things required.
