Att göra ändringar i Kalturas Custom Data-schema kan leda till att metadata kopplad till det schemat raderas.
Det verkar som att problemet endast uppstår vid vissa åtgärder (t.ex. när ett fält tas bort) och endast påverkar fält som innehåller specialtecken (t.ex. å, ö osv). Tills vidare rekommenderar vi att du inte gör några ändringar i befintliga Custom Data-scheman medan vi undersöker problemet. —— Making changes to Kaltura Custom Data schema can cause metadata associated with that schema to be deleted. It seems only certain actions trigger the issue (e.g. removing a field) and only fields with special characters will be deleted (e.g. å, ö, etc). For now we recommend you don't make changes to any existing Custom Data schema, while we investigate.

Den 27:e oktober kl 17:00 - 22:00 kommer vi göra en minoruppgradering av Nextcloud-relaterade appar i PRODinstanserna. Kunder med prisplan 1 kan uppleva ca 5 min nertid, medan kunder med prisplan 2 kan uppleva 20 min nertid. --- On October 27th between 17:00 - 22:00 we will perform a minor upgrade of related Nextcloud apps in PROD instances. Customers on pricing plan 1 might experience about 5 minutes of downtime, while customers on pricing plan 2 may experience 20 minutes of downtime.

Unfortunately, Kaltura has encountered some unforeseen issues and has informed us that they will not be able to complete the upgrade required to resolve the PHP security vulnerability by Friday morning. A new update to be issued Friday before lunch.

We are pleased to inform you that Kaltura has now successfully completed the required upgrade of the NORDUnet Kaltura on-premise platform, addressing the recently disclosed PHP vulnerabilities. The Kaltura service is now available again and operating normally. It is important to note that as part of the process we are now running a brand new version. Full release notes are not available yet, but most important changes are in 26.4 release notes: knowledge.kaltura.com/help/kaltura-on-prem-release-notes
